This program is the most effective for achieving and maintaining the lean figure that most of us desire. The first month of this program is to get you conditioned to resistance training, cardiovascular training, and get your eating habits in order. The next two months focuses on increased activity and workout consistency in order to take your body and your fitness to the next level. Here is what you get:
(1) Health appraisal and goal setting
(2) Fitness assessments
(3) Customized program design for the duration of the program
(4) Initial and ongoing nutritional guidance
(5) Manual with results of fitness tests and recommendations to motivate you
(6) Nutrition and exercise journal to get and keep you on track
(7) 64 or 80 personal training sessions (4 days per week for 16 or 20 weeks)
(8) Maintenance program for after

We will meet once per week to make sure the program is working correctly and make any necessary changes to continue progression.

A program designed to improve muscle strength, endurance, cardiovascular strength, flexibility, and increase muscle tone and fat loss. This program also helps to alleviate many chronic shoulder, back, and knee pain by incorporating functional training into the design. A minimum of 3 days per week for 2 months is needed to see measurable results.
This program includes:

•Progress reports
Pre-paid 2 month program (24 sessions)……$1200 ($50.00) per session. This program is also available without the personal training sessions at a price of $450
